►The Villa is 99 years term (it was acquired by the owner in 2006, but starting from 2008) and is located in Dorado del Mar Resort, Dorado, Puerto Rico. ►It is Bi-Annual use (pair years), but you can split the Villa in Bed Rooms and use it every year or several times a year; all depend of the split you do. ►It is 2BR type, for 8 peoples when full use. ►You can share the Villa, for a moderate price, for other Villas locally in Puerto Rico or other countries (internationally) where Aquarius Vacation Club is established. ►This is GOLD Membership Timeshare, which meants that you can use it the season you wish. ►By the same way you can share this Villa with more of 1800 Resorts internationally when you become as a member of Interval International. ►Additional charges apply when you split the Villa. ►As the Owner of the Villa you can sale it whenever you want, transfer or give it in heritage, ect., according to its Terms of Use.
